Welcome to the Deepwater Horizon Repository

The Deepwater Horizon Institutional Repository (DWH-IR) is a searchable, online collection of DWH data and information from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) data centers, libraries, and websites, as well as from federal and state partners. This site will provide comprehensive access to data and information captured and generated by agencies and groups involved in response and restoration efforts for the Gulf Of Mexico Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

This pilot site is currently in its infancy stage, and will expand to include all publicly available files related to the Deepwater Horizon disaster. NOAA welcomes feedback and input from the federal and public user community. Please email us at library.reference@noaa.gov with feedback and questions related to the DWH-IR.
